Return & Refund Policy

At EcoLush Maison, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our non-toxic and handmade items, we do not accept general returns once a product has been opened or used.

Your satisfaction, however, matters deeply to us. If something isn’t right, please read below for our detailed policy.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at ecolushmaison@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Unused & Unopened Items

We can accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

Eco-Friendly Commitment

Because we create our products in small batches to reduce waste, we don’t offer returns on used products. This ensures the highest quality and safety standards for every customer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, digital downloads, promotional items, and opened products are non-returnable.
